Callive, LLC believes in leaders that accelerate social change. We believe that with strong management, funding stability and organizational practices, an organization can become consistently high performing and sustainable. Our DEIJ Framework
As a Black-led and woman-led organizational development consulting firm, Callive, LLC uses a diversity, equity, inclusion, & justice (DEIJ) framework and lens in its consulting work to address issues of power, belonging, inclusion, opportunity, and justice. We are committed to an anti-prejudice work environment internally and in our work with clients. We provide advice and recommendations in advancing anti-racism goals with our clients.

Our consulting practice demonstrates our beliefs in diversity through our practice of working with clients who identify under varying constructs including race, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, ability, religion, thought, experience, country of origin and other identities.
