Mission

We help small and mid-sized social change organizations develop sustainability through strong governance, and management.

We help individuals make better decisions about their finances.

At the core of these two issues is behavior change.

An organization with strong governance and management has put in place good organizational practices. To achieve individual financial stability, we must focus on the behavior change which is at the root of our financial decisions.

Olive idehen

The community in which we live, work, play and worship impacts who we are as individuals and our quality of life. Nonprofit and social change organizations can generally improve the quality of life for communities at a local, state, and global level to ensure a civil society. I have spent my professional career learning and honing my skills both in the nonprofit and financial sectors in preparation for my role as founder of Callive, LLC.

I’ve served as the founding Executive Director, Coalition for Nonprofit Housing Development in Washington, DC, where I was involved in affordable housing issues. As Senior Director, Housing and Community Development at the former Fannie Mae Foundation, I was a funder. Then I wanted to understand the flow of both private and public sector capital in community development and served as Bank of America’s Vice President, Community Relations Manager where I implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative within the Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs line of business. In addition, I supported the Market President, charitable foundation and community outreach activities and initiatives that addressed critical needs in the low-and moderate-income communities in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.  This knowledge was further enhanced during my tenure at E*TRADE, a $50 billion online bank and brokerage company where I revamped and managed community reinvestment (CRA) activities for the Washington, DC metropolitan area. This strategy resulted in a successful regulatory compliance exam and achieved an “outstanding” rating from a “needs to improve”.

I'm a 2018 graduate of Leadership Montgomery’s CORE class.  My strength finders are an achiever, a connector, a learner, and a maximizer.  I hold a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters in City Planning from Boston University.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Manna Homes, Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development, and Life Asset, Inc., listening to podcasts and audible books, traveling and walking/hiking are passions of mine.
