Callive LLC’s strategic planning approach is not a one size fits all because every organization is different. We will work with you to understand your organization and programs, the progress on your current strategic plan (if you have one) and the goals that you want to accomplish with a new plan. Together, we will determine the best approach that will engage your staff, your board, and other key volunteers. We are focused on advancing your vision and transformative results.

Developing

Your organization is a start-up in existence for less than 5 years and doesn’t have a strategic plan. You want to be thoughtful about strategic decisions as you grow.

Growing

Your organization has been in existence for a while and has had success in securing funding and delivering programs to the community. The foundation of the organization, programs and strategy are set, and you now want to plan your strategic growth.

Course Correcting

Your organization already has a strategic plan in place, but you are finding that you are not performing as well as you would like against that plan or the environment in which you work has changed and requires new strategy.

Your organization has a stable foundation and now wants to plan transformational impact and growth.

Callive, LLC believes that for an organization to be successful, its governance and management should be intentional, organized, and productive. Our approach is not a one size fits all.
