Callive has over 20 years experience in community development, community relations, philanthropy and community investment. I have served as the founding executive director of a nonprofit organization and understand how to work with a Board of Directors. Other professional experience includes the for-profit financial sector as a liaison to nonprofits and the community. These experiences are part of the unique advantage I bring to management consulting. 

In addition to presently sitting on several nonprofit Board of Directors, I have provided many hours of probono service to nonprofit boards and senior management.
